The 19th China International Public Security Expo has concluded. The exhibition is the first time after covid-19 epidemic control, and it is also the first large-scale gathering of the security industry in the past four years. During the exhibition, we met many new and old friends, especially some foreign friends, who took this opportunity to come to communicate and discuss.

Thanks to the love of many friends, we still have a high degree of attention in the field of turnstile manufacturing. Therefore, in order to deserve this attention, we are also pushing ourselves all the time and constantly making new attempts. At this exhibition, we will bring the new results of the past few years to the exhibition.

1. Turnstile gate cloud online status query

Turnstile gates generally need to be used with access control systems. The concept of cloud has been around for a long time. It's just that most of my friends may know, or are more concerned about the cloud on the access control system, and this time we also manage the status of the turnstiles online in the cloud. Using the Internet of Things technology, we can remotely check the status of the turnstile, infrared sensors, motors, etc. So that we can find the fault earlier and we can provide information assistance in advance for the operation and maintenance of turnstile gates, and thus better serve for end users.

2. 3D vision sensor debuted.

As we all know, the number of infrared sensors has always been a key technical indicator of the turnstile. Even a control program with 3 pairs of independent infrared lines with the most primitive technical capabilities will have a lower pedestrian detection capability. As long as the number of infrared sensors increase, its pedestrian detection capabilities will also be stronger.

At CPSE, we launched a new type infrared-free swing turnstile. All pedestrian detection functions are completed by 3D vision sensors. Therefore, the traditional anti-pinch, anti-trailing, anti-return and other functions can be completed in a more visual way. Not only the detection effect is greatly improved, but also it creates more possibilities for the modeling of swing gates.

3. The holographic image swing gate displays a new image.

Pedestrian turnstiles are almost always installed in places where people flow in and out frequently. Therefore, in addition to controlling the flow of pedestrians, turnstiles are generally required to have an image display function. The general traditional method is to improve the style and craftsmanship of the gate, and use a method similar to advertising stickers to affix corporate logos, advertisements or slogans on the baffle or housing at the same time. In order to better provide good products to customers with these needs, we have launched this swing turnstile with a holographic screen baffle, so in some aspects, the baffle of turnstile is the screen, which can be better display the corporate image and promote the company more vividly.

4. A variety of new materials and new process applications create more elegant speed gates.

Most of the current speed gate housing are made of stainless steel. At this exhibition, the swing gates we brought not only include traditional stainless steel materials, but also gate machines made of aluminum alloy materials, high-end imported stainless steel, tempered glass, and a variety of electroplating and powder coating processes. Which coupled with some unique appearance designs, many friends are full of praise.

While innovating, we never forget to continuously upgrade our own inherent technologies iteratively. For example, multi-independent infrared pedestrian detection technology, micro speed gate machine core technology, turnstile indicator light multi-modal control, AB door bidirectional logic judgment, etc., which have completed at least 5 or 6 times technology iterations. For precision welding, precision grinding and bright edge process, we have even begun to lay out fully automated production.

The continuous updating of these technologies not only consolidates the inherent technical advantages, but also provides customers with a more perfect product experience. Currently everyone in the market talks about professionalism. Sometimes we not only have to ask ourselves, what exactly is "professional"? We believe that it is not a good way to make money by taking advantage of end customers' lack of understanding of products. The best way is to let customers understand nothing but buy better products. This requires our gate factory to continuously improve product details to achieve this.
